Apparently there is a server that can't find the mailbox for one RADSAFE
addressee, so it returns an undelivered mail message.

The problem of uncertain postings is solved if you set up RADSAFE to post
your submissions so you can see them. That is easily arranged by sending the
following plain message (no subject required) to:

<listserv@romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu>

SET RADSAFE MAIL ACK
