You are correct for limited quantity shipments.

For motor freight shipments the verbiage on the Bill of Lading for excepted
packages should be:

"This package conforms to the conditions and limitations specified in 49 CFR
173.424 for radioactive material, excepted package- instruments or articles,
UN2910"

For air shipments the verbiage should be:

"Radioactive material, excepted package-instruments or articles, UN 2910"

These statements are ususually inside or on the package (shipping container).
