Gamma Spectroscopy Systems at DOE Facilities

I am interested in purchasing a gamma spec system for in-plant HP use at our site and would like to hear from those in the DOE 
community (or elsewhere) to aid in the decision-making process.

What sort of gamma spec systems are being used currently at DOE facilities (detector type, MCA type, manufacturer)?
What is the application the system is used for (in-plant Health Physics, environmental, waste characterization, etc.)?
What nuclides are you analyzing for?
What are the detector efficiences being used?
Are you satisfied with system performance and have any 'bugs' been discovered in gamma software?
How is the tech support from the manufacturers?
