I have used ICN in the past and was very disappointed with their service.
Their exposure reports were always several months late.  The reports record
the date the badges were received by their office and the date the badges
were read.  There were sometimes a two month gap between the dates.  I hate
to go with a cliche, but you get what you pay for.
