I was on vacation last week so I am just getting caught up.

Draft EPA 520 was reissued in final form as EPA 400-R-92-001, May 1992. 
Alternativly as Air and Radiation (ANR-460).

The Title is "Manual of Protective Action Guides and Protective Actions for Nuclear
Incidents."  

Incidently, the State of Michigan is offereing a workshop on this August 18-21.  you
can contact Shiela David at 517-333-5022 for particulars.  Registration deadline is
August 6.
