Uranium (IV) Chloride, Anhydrous

Hello,

A researcher brought to my attention an ampule of Uranium (IV) 
Chloride that has been in there refrigerator for ~3 years.  Of 
course they do not have any info or msds on this material.  Has 
anyone out there had experience with this material?  Is this in 
the same class as uranyl acetate or nitrate?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
