This appears to be an easy one to take on straightforward, and I
recommend that you do just that.
Bring in an accredited outside radon monitoring service, and have them
present the complaintent with their results and analysis. The individual
will be duly impressed with the attention paid to her concerns, and you
will have dispelled any notion that IH and/or management are practicing
obfuscation vis-a-vis a known workplace hazard at her expense.
I don't get complaints re radon, but just about everything else
radiological is suspect. The best policy is to go out and wrestle the
goblins when they show up.
