Patient release, have you got rid of in-house therapy at your place per guide 8.39 ?

I would like to hear who really changed their policy on patient release
according to the Guide 8.39. It has been 4 months since the guide was
published. However, I talked to several persons who are in charge of the
Radiation safety program at their hospital. No one had changed on this
release issue. Do you still have as much in-house therapy patients as you
had before? Especially I-131 patients. Thanks for any comment on this issue
