Mary Jo,

As you know, NRC and compatible state, regulations require lower limits for a
declared pregnant woman (whether actually pregnant or not).  This I presume you
can live with. 

The MD's edict of "no work around radiation,"  in effect, means no work.  This is
true because the embryo (and everything else) is radioactive.  Could it be that you
have entered tort space?  It might be wise to involve the company lawyers .
