I recall a message sent out on radsafe concerning a speech from Senator Dominici?(spelling) [R - New Mexico] gave
with regard to providing funding to research the effects of low level radiation on cells.  I deleted the note and I was
hoping somebody could resend the message to me at blue.charles@epamail.epa.gov.  Thank you in advance.
