In addition to checking the NRC website, try calling NRC's Office of
Enforcement in Rockville, MD.  (You should be able to get OE's phone number
from the website.)  The NRC maintains a database of all violations.  There
may even be recent NUREGs that cover enforcement actions taken against
certain types of licensees.
