tritium watch- more info

There was a paper at the '96 or '97 HPS meeting about
an import company that decided to work on defective
watchs (about 10% of their imported inventory) without
being aware of tritium control issues. They had a
substantial cleanup job and measureable (but not large)
internal exposures. As I vaguely recall noone exceeded
500 mrem. The cost of decon was the major impact.
