Radiation exposures during shuttle flights/MIR living

     To all;
     
     I am interested in any information that's out there in radsafe land 
     on controls that NASA uses to keep dose to the spacecraft personnel 
     ALARA, and the exposure rates found on shuttle and MIR space craft.
