Dose to fetus

I need some quick help. 
We have a former patient who has learned she is pregnant and estimates the 
date of conception to be 3 days before her last radiation therapy 
treatment.  She received 5040 to the whole breast followed by 1000 cGy 
boost to lumpectomy site in 5 fractions with 9MeV electrons.  She had a 
mammogram after completion of her treatment.  I have some ideas on 
determining a reasonable estimate of the dose to the fetus, (which I 
expect to be very small)  but would be a lot more comfortable with a few 
pointers from my colleagues who have dealt with similar situations in the 
past.
