     I would suggest that you start with reviewing  the information 
     provided by the EPA at their website (www.epa.gov) - search for 
     mixed waste.  You will fine several summary documents.

Happy New Year All,

Has any agency issued an exemption for the storage of mixed waste?  A 
colleague mentioned that back in 92 or 93 that a memo was issued that 
exempts some mixed waste from TSD permitting.  If this is true, can 
someone please post the reference.
