Emissions from Televisions

Can anyone provide some quick information? I have been requested by
a local station to discuss emissions from TV sets, particularly since
the newer flatbed ones are described as being "low emission".

I have looked through the information in NCRP 54 and got some useful
information but that was published in 1977. Any changes or newer
sources of info since then?

I know that the emissions are primarily due to non-ionizing radiation
associated with the flyback transformer. I have equipment to monitor
this. However, they seem to want to discuss x-ray potential.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
