According to NUREG/CR-6345 (Radiation Dose Estimates for 
Radiopharmaceuticals - MG Stabin, JB Stubbs, and RE Toohey from ORISE), 
the dose estimate for Co-57 cyanocobolamin to the uterus is ~ 1.2 
mGy/MBq, and for Co-58 cyanocobolamin to the uterus is ~ 2.8 mGy/MBq). 
If some data (e.g. cumulated activities or residence times were 
supplied), perhaps a "more accurate" dose estimate could be made. I hope
