Everyone, please note the following from the RADSAFE rules:

2. Don't post encoded files or file attachments to RADSAFE. 

Yes, I do have reasons for this:

1. bandwidth
2. possibility of spreading virii through attached executables or
through MS Word documents (let's face it - there are a lot of people
who automatically run every attachment they get, and there are some
e-mail clients that will automatically run attachments)
3. not everyone can decode the various encoding schemes used by e-mail
clients
4. the listserver software often doesn't like attachments :)

Large files should be placed on an anonymous ftp site and the pointer
posted in a message.
