Advanced Rad Worker Training

I am posting this request for information for a non-list member co-worker: 
 
I have been tasked to upgrade our companies General Employee Training 
Radworker Requalification program.  Specifically I need a method to 
demonstrate that the worker understands the risk associated with radiation 
exposure.  This is anticipated to take the form of a lab, exercise, or 
scenario based practical demonstration to replace the former protective 
clothing dressout demonstration. 
 
Any ideas or examples that that you may have would be greatly appreciated.
