Re[2]: A lighter note



     I too, have had this discussion many times over the years. I am
     absolutely certain that when I got into this business back in 1972,
     the 10 CFR 20 of the time referred to the symbol as a trefoil. I
     recently noticed in the latest cut that it is referred to simply as
     the "radiation symbol". Anybody out there happen to still have a
     vintage CFR set around?
