AD: Updated Title 40 CFR Cd-Rom

For list members requiring the most current environmental regulations, all
22 Volumes of Title 40 CFR (Environmental/EPA) have been updated to the
latest 1997 U.S. Government Printing Office revision levels.  It's part of a
50-Title CD-ROM set that features PDF format.
