If your looking for the HP Positions (HPPOS), they can be found on the
NRC's website under "FEDworld collection". The URL is      

http://www.nrc.gov/NRC/FEDWORLD/index.html

You can search the HPPOS by using the Excite search utility on the NRC
website home page.  http://www.nrc.gov
