Irradiation of soil

We are looking for a company or a research facility in the Philadelphia
area that does gamma
irradiation (cobalt 60 or otherwise).  We need to get about 25g soil
sterilized so that all the biomass in the soil is killed but the surface
matrix and soil properties are not changed (which autoclaving will do).
