Navy Nukes, TMI, and NRC -Reply

This is absolutely WRONG!!!
The biggest lesson Navy Nukes are taught is to trust your indications.  This
was not done during the TMI event, where the operators didn't believe
temperature indications downstream of the relief valves.  Even if the operators
were ex-navy, they were not responding IAW their Navy training.
