Question regarding transfer of a generally licensed RAM -Reply

I thought the answer was no, you can only send to the manufacturer.  However, after
a quick review, if the device you are referring to is held under a general license then
10 CFR 31.5(iii)(8) allows the holder of the license to transfer or dispose of the device
by transfer to persons holding a specific license pursuant to parts 30 and 32.  Within
30 days after transfer a report to NMSS is required to maintain accountability of the
device.  Hope this helps.
