Just so the rest of you know, "posting under these circumstances" is
not forgiven by the list moderator, and is a quick way to be
permanently banned from the list.  I would like to remind subscribers
that the non-commercial nature of RADSAFE is largely because of the
fact that it is running on a UIUC machine utilizing UIUC resources.
