I apologize if I am behind the times regarding this publication, but can any radsafer tell me if the following publication is out on the street and available for purchase.  I need to ask our research library to order a copy.  Most likely I do not even have the title precisely correct; please advise.  Information about this publication was relayed to me orally, so here is all that I presently know about it.
