Radsafers,
I have found that "casual time" after non-rad worker training is very 
useful.  Serve soda or coffee and cookies after training and hang out 
for a few minutes.  Invariabily, real concerns and questions are 
brought up outside of a "classroom" environment.  Always make 
yourself available and hand out business cards.
