Due to DOE's recent inability to make a decision, I predict that DOE
will decide to keep both tritium production options open. Funding will
be provided to keep the accelerator design and front-end construction
moving and funding will also be provided to construct the tritium
extraction facility at SRS and to to TVA to reserve irradiation capacity
in either a currently operating reactor or to complete construction of
the Bellefont facility.
