Hi  all,

Drew  Thatcher (dht0303@doh.wa.gov), due to the number of requests he had 
for it,  requested I put the State's Position Paper on Health effects of 
Cell Phone towers on-line so people can download it. 

The files are in Word, zipped and self-extracting. The URL for the page

I am not sure if you all are interested, but the New Jersey State 
Radiation Protection Office has some good info on non-ionizing rads (and
