Theoretical nuclear accident

Bill, group,

No net access at the moment, but do they note the lack of leukemia around a
real nuclear accident? Chernobyl? (with a few cases in high dose liquidators
that may be high-dose radiation-related, but no excess rate even in the
liquidators). 

Where is this from? Just another fear-mongering, dupe the gullible public,
story?
