Mike,

USNRC produced a video called "Taking Control - Safety Procedures for Industrial
Radiographers"  in 1994 that you may find useful.  The tape was made with the
assistance of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors (CRCPD), the
Organization of Agreement States (OAS) and the State of Lousiana. 

One caveat, it does not include information about the requirement to use an
alarming dosimeter when performing radiography or the requirement for
certification of radiographers that became requirements after the tape was made.  
Its not a big deal and you can cover it as an update if you have similar requirements.
