I look forward to sharing our times since the Theragenics project. Hope
things are going well for you.

My background provides an excellent fit for the qualifications you
requested in your Radsafe posting. I was involved with the NRC and a member
of the Atomic Industrial Forum Committee (later HPS) in the formulation of
the standard radiological effluents technical specifications, developed
techniques, software, equipment and instrumentation for their
implementation, wrote many ODCM's and related procedures, developed
setpoint schemes, represented utility clients to NRC on associated issues,
generated routine effluents reports, and performed just about any related
task, including obtaining and analyzing effluents samples. Most recently I
was retained as an expert to assess the monitoring instrumention and
sampling provisions at the Lagune Verde Nuclear Generating Station near
Vera Cruz in Mexico, and my experience includes other countries.

If your needs and other particulars are compatible, I think that my
experience and capabilites are matched by few (at the risk of sounding
smug). Not to toot my own horn (but who else will?), I can cover the gamut,
including well-wheted customer satisfaction skills. I snatched this resume
(Word 6.0 - I can re-send in other format if needed) from a file on my
computer, but would gladly tailor a summary or condensed version focused on
the specific needs of your client.
