Dear Stephen -

We use HP Assistant by On-Site systems.  It covers the RAM inventory and
does a great deal more.  We found the price to be reasonable.  The person
to talk with is Mike DePrato (Sharon is also quite knowledgable).  They are
at 314-963-9934.
