Film Dosimeters Calibration

Radsafers, I hope you can help me in this subject....

We send film dosimeters for calibration, and achieve the following results:

For Cs-137    Do-Window       Do-0.5mm Cu     Do-1.0mm Pb

 50  mrad       0.10            0.10            0.16
 100 mrad       0.22            0.22            0.32
 300 mrad       0.62            0.56            0.85
 600 mrad       1.15            1.05            1.57        

For Co-60 

 50  mrad       0.21            0.11            0.14
 100 mrad       0.40            0.21            0.26
 300 mrad       1.08            0.63            0.78
 600 mrad       1.91            1.14            1.28

I think that probably exist a mistake in the type of radiation assignment,
the Co-60 is in the place of Cs-137 and contrariwise. Can somebody, looking
the former data, confirm if there are a mistake?
