RE: Training Video on Contamination Control Needed
Jason,
We show a video during our training sessions entitled,
"Radiation Safety: The Key to Contamination Control." Not to plug any
specific product or publication, but we find it to be quite good and it
gets the point across. It shows the spread of contamination as viewed
under a black light. Every place this lab tech touches (and spreads
contamination) really stands out. If only that were true. Anyway, it's
a 25 min video (#6863) from the University of Calgary, Department of
Communications Media.

Subject: Training Video on Contamination Control
Needed
Hello Radsafe Members,
I am trying to locate a commercially available video
that
reviews methods to prevent the spread of radioactive
contamination.
Specifically, I would like to locate a video that
instructs workers
how to remove contaminated clothing in a radiological
area.
Please respond directly to me (or share with Radsafe as
needed).
Thank You,
Jason Flora
