Gallileo space craft and RTG -Reply

Of course there was an RTG on Galileo, but your general question is much more
difficult.  I doubt that there is any recourse other than a direct approach to NASA. 
It might be helpful to make sure that you are asking the right question, that is, the
question you want answered.  RTGs date back to the 1960s, at least, and there are
other kinds of radioisotope-powered devices on spacecraft.  These "other kinds"
include others systems for generating electricity as well as simple heat sources. 
Where does your interest end?
