HPs in San Juan, Puerto Rico

    Just a quickie question!  Are there any RADSAFErs who either are in, or 
    know an HP in San Juan, Puerto Rico (or vacinity)?  It would be 
    especially helpful if they either work for or represent the government 
    (local or federal).  Please send any contacts to me personally, as it is 

    not necessary to post responses globally.  (Nothing secretive here,
