Glenn,
Would you please provide RADSAFERs your definition of "unsafe"
as it applies to nuclear power -- maybe in terms of MW yrs of
operation for all nuke power plants in North America and Europe?
And perhaps you could also provide examples of where such
"unsafety" has led to real injury. Chernobyl comes to mind. But
then we do know that Western power reactors do not share that
design.
Also, perhaps, would you please compare the "unsafety" of nuclear
power with, say, the oil and gas business (drilling, refinery, etc.) or
any other industrial area that you would care to use? And please
provide a comparison of the number of occupational injuries and
death in nuclear power and which ever industry you choose for
comparison.
