I think this came out after the TMI lawsuit ended.

EHP is peer reviewed.  As far as I know, it is  a publication of the National
Institiutes of Environmental Health Sciences.

 Isn't this the same data that was presented in the class action 
 lawsuit claiming health effects from TMI that was thrown out by
 the court for lack of credibility last year?  Is the Environmental
 Health Perspectives peer reviewed?
