The web site for the NCRP: http://www.ncrp.com
The web site for the ICRP: http://www.icrp.com     (this site is still 
under construction / no info available)

I just tried the organization names with http://www. in front. This often 
works, as most companies and institutions try to use their name in their 
web site addresses
