Computer support training in HP programs

Hi all,
Our computer support person has been advised to try to find conferences or
courses to help him better understand the needs for radiation safety
programs, particularly at research/academic institutions.  Is anyone aware
of any courses, conferences or other information that would help a person
very knowledgeable in computer technology to become more aware of what type
of help/stuff a radiation safety program needs?  Please email directly to
