Nuclear Waste Headed Into Bay - (BAY AREA) -- While the 
Energy Department won't confirm anything... law
enforcement sources say the first shipment of spent nuclear fuel 
rods from Korea is expected to sail into San Francisco Bay
sometime today or tomorrow. It will be loaded at the Concord Naval 
Weapons Station, then shipped via rail to a disposal site
in Idaho. It's expected to be one of five shipments of spent nuclear 
rods to the Bay Area. Anti-nuclear activists are planning
protests... saying the shipments put people at risk.
