Radsafers,

We have gone to fire rated carpet in I-131 patient rooms.  Use of paper and
plastic products may be in violation of fire codes.  We have cut several
sets of carpets to place in our therapy room.  These carpets are removed
for decay in storage and reused.  The fire marshall forbid the use of any
paper of non-rated plastic products.
