I suspect that the uncertainty associated with this conclusion is quite large,
since the two goups of mice studied consisted of only 20 individuals.  That
alone is enough to suggest that it belongs in the waste can of "Junk Science".

<< in the journal, Lord said that research was carried out on 40 mice, with 
 half of them injected with plutonium-239 three months before being mated 
 with healthy females. Plutonium-239 is used in the production of nuclear
