I have been requested to provide the following information
regarding the San Francisco public meeting for Part 35 in answer to
Kent Lampert'r request.  If anyone has any further questions,
please contact either Cathy Haney (cxh@nrc.gov) or Diane Flack
(dsf1@nrc.gov).


The public meetings on Part 35 are scheduled for the following
dates:

August 19-20, San Francisco
September 16-17, Kansas City
October 21-22, Washington DC

Detailed information on the meetings is provided in the notice that
was published in the Federal Register today (7/24).  

It is anticipated that the proposed rule (and the proposed revised
Medical Policy Statement) will be published in the Federal Register
in early August.  Both documents will be published for a 90 day
comment period.
