EMERGENCY: INFO NEEDED

     
     Does any one out there have any experience or knowledge regarding the 
     change out / removal of a IRM detector from the core with less than a 
     72 hour decay period?  What would the expected dose rates be?  We are 
     expecting greater than 40R on contact with the detector.  Any 
     information would be greatly appreciated, ASAP.
