risk estimates
Earlier this week (or was it last week) there was a (renewed) discussion
of risk estimates and a comparison or reference made to poverty being
riskier than radiation exposure.
Is anyone aware of any studies or actual risk estimates (numbers please)
for various health effects for various income levels (please cite). My
interest in this is from the standpoint of how economic
development/benefits from the development/utilization of technologies
involving radiation/radioactive materials may affect the risks of poverty or
low income.
Thanks in advance.
