	Most folks use lower case, but back in the 60's we were taught
that the convention was to use upper case whenever a person's name was
involved.  Since Rem is an acronym for "Roentgen equivalent man", then
the abbreviation should be 'mRem'.  I rather suspect most of us have
forgotten the convention.
