10 CFR 20 changes

In a "Federal Register" notice, today (August 26, 1998), the NRC postponed
the 
effective date of the changes to 10 CFR 20 that were published on July 23, 
1998, and were originally scheduled to take effect on August 24, 1998.  The 
new effective date is October 26, 1998.   
 
I suggest that all HP's review this notice.  Although the changes are minor, 
some organizations may require revisions to procedures and training.
